Σχετικά με τον Οργανισμό
Ο Αναπτυξιακός Οργανισμός του Δήμου Πειραιά ιδρύθηκε με σκοπό την αξιοποίηση της αναπτυξιακής δυναμικής των πολιτών του Πειραιά. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το νέο τοπίο που έχει διαμορφωθεί στις μέρες μας, ο Δήμος Πειραιά ως το πρώτο λιμάνι της χώρας και το δεύτερο σημαντικότερο Μητροπολιτικό κέντρο μετά την Αθήνα οφείλει να αξιοποιήσει στο μέγιστο τις προκλήσεις που εμφανίζονται.

Το Επενδυτικό Πρόγραμμα του Αναπτυξιακού Οργανισμού ανέρχεται σε 1 εκατ. € και περιλαμβάνει μια σειρά δράσεων οι οποίες συνθέτουν 6 Επενδυτικές Προτεραιότητες – Άξονες:
